Mary Beth Cunnane brings more than 25 years of combined business and office management experience to her role as Operations Manager for Masters Consulting Group. She provides oversight across all aspects of the firm’s business operations, including the oversight and maintenance of compliance records, procedures and licensing requirements; payroll and accounts payable; human resources; marketing and new business development.

She also serves as a liaison for our professional partners, including our broker/dealer and 401(k) providers and administrators to help ensure client needs are met in the most expeditious manner. Her proficiency across all aspects of office management, quality control and client care help to ensure a smooth, efficient and enjoyable experience for our clients and team members.

Mary Beth is married to Managing Principal, Patrick (Pat) Cunnane. She left a 15 year career in sales and sales management with a Fortune 500 company in the furniture industry when the couple’s daughter was born. In 2002, Mary Beth joined Pat on a part-time basis, focusing on new business development and marketing for his growing practice at a well-known national broker/dealer. When Pat established Masters Consulting Group as an independent firm in 2007, Mary Beth joined the practice on a full-time basis to manage the business aspects of the rapidly growing firm.

Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and resides with her husband Pat and their daughter Anna in Burton, OH.
