We place great importance on ensuring our clients always have access to the account information and services they depend upon us to provide. That is why we maintain a business continuity plan that can be activated in the event of a significant business disruption.
- Through our broker/dealer partner, LPL Financial, our clients have access to a dedicated team of service professionals who are familiar with our unique client servicing standards and requirements.
- LPL Financial serves as custodian for our clients’ assets and we utilize the LPL Financial industry-leading technology platform. In the event that we are indisposed due to events outside of our control, clients can quickly and easily obtain the information they need directly from LPL Financial; transact on their accounts, including the execution of trade orders; make account inquiries, and access all of the same information and records they are accustomed to accessing through the Masters Consulting Group team of professionals.
- In addition, LPL Financial, as the nation’s largest independent broker/dealer,* operates redundant systems and locations, and conducts regular tests to ensure back up and recovery systems are maintained and secure as part of their robust, organization-wide business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.
